Tax Preparations
To prepare for Tax Season download your 2009 checklist to assist you in assembling your materials. You need only review the pages that pertain to you.
The Engagement Letter must be signed and sent along with tax documents.
All returns will be mailed to you unless you request to pick them up.
The following options are available to you:
1. You may mail or drop off information to the office.
2. You may call to make an appointment.
I will electronically file (e-file) all tax returns. E-filing is preferred by the IRS and mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, unless a client requests to paper file by mail.
I suggest you have your refunds direct deposited into your checking account regardless of whether you e-file or not. This is also preferred by the IRS. You will have to provide me with a voided check if you did not direct deposit last year or if you changed accounts or names on account. I will return the voided check to you.
Please fee free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns or need to make special arrangements.
